Please read the rules and requirements below to ensure you understand how our sim competitions will operate the sign up form is at the bottom of the page. All participants must abide by the rules and the decisions of the judging panel will be final. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. We look forward to seeing your amazing simulations! Please note that all simulators must be submitted before the deadline in order to be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted. We wish all participants the best of luck and look forward to seeing the results of the competition!
Rules

1. Please treat everyone with the same respect you would like to get in return.
2. NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED! You will be eliminated immediately for any drama in our chats. NO BLOCKING HOSTS!
3. We have deadlines for a reason. If you submit your sim late without communicating with us first you will have votes deducted from your sim. REAL LIFE FIRST! So if something has come up please let us know.
4. You must follow the theme that is given. If you go out on your own and don't follow the theme you will have votes deducted.

1. Welcome to Extreme Home Makeover.
2. This season you will be given a tray of a rundown house. You will also be given a blueprint with the rooms numbered.
3. Each week you will get the number to the room that is to be decorated that week. This season we are doing a Farmhouse themed house.
4. You will submit your photo of your room each week in a collage with the before photo that I will provide.
5. A tray or DAE of your sim in a business outfit will be needed as soon as you sign up along with your photo for you intros.
6. Each week you will submit a tray of your sim in interview attire for the confessionals for that week. You will have to send the audio as well and follow the script provided.
7. Everything will be submitted to the email simsationalshowdown@gmail.com.
